Booking – Upon booking a course with First Pass Training we will send you an invoice via email. This forms an agreement between you/your company and First Pass Training. Prices quoted are inclusive of tuition, course materials, assessment where applicable, and certification. Unless otherwise arranged we do not provide lunch.
Certification / Assessments – Delegates must pass all assessments in order to pass the course and receive certification. If you require additional assistance this will be provided but delegates must fulfil the course requirements on their own merits. We have a non-refund policy on course fees where assessments and, or examinations are failed.
Payment – On receipt of your invoice please pay immediately by BACS, cheque or online via paypal. If payment is not received 7 days prior to course start date First Pass Training reserve the right to cancel all provisional bookings held. Alternatively you can book and pay directly on this website.
Photo Identification – All delegates must bring their current passport or driving license for certification purposes.
Lost certification – If certification is lost we can arrange a replacement at a cost of £10 per certificate.
Cancellations / Transfers – In the event a delegate requires us to transfer them to another course date a 25% of the full course fee will be incurred. For full cancellation of the placement up to 10 days before course start date 25% of the full course fee will be retained. If the delegate does not attend the course on the date agreed 100% of course fees will be retained. All cancellations and transfers are to be advised in writing via email. Very rarely unforeseen circomstances may mean that First Pass Training have to re-schedule courses, on this occasion every effort will be made to re-arrange a suitable course date for all involved and notice of this will be made via email.
Fitness & Attendance – Delegates must attend the course at the times stipulated as failure to do so will result in no-completion. You must be fit and free from any ailments, conditions or injury that will affect participation in the practical aspects of the course. Please advise First Pass Training of any medical conditions, medications being taken or if you are pregnant prior to attending the course. Any accidents or incidents during any course must be reported to the course instructor on the date of training and an entry must be filed within the accident book.
Refreshers – If you are participating in our refresher courses please make sure we have a copy of your current certification prior to your course date.
Liability – First Pass Training will not accept responsibility for any injury sustained by individuals during the course or to any personal property wither within the classroom or externally.
Online Training – If you book training online through our link it is your responsibility to select the correct course suitable as First Pass Training will not be held responsible if courses bought online do not meet your requirements. Online courses are non-refundable.
Blended Training – All elements of the online training must be completed before the start date of your classroom based training and all documental proof of this to be brought with you when you attend the course or emailed prior to the course date. Failure to produce these documents for whatever reason will result in you not being able to attend the classroom part of the course and all fees paid will be retained by First Pass Training.
